Enhancing Creativity Inspired by the Heart: June 21-25

Set an intention for your retreat.

Use guided meditations to build an internal awareness centered from the Heart.

Learn to extend your Heart to connect with Nature.  (Forest Bathing)

Translate your inner vision into art: drawing, painting, dancing, making music, writing, etc.

Create from Nature: beach, woods, ocean something of beauty.  Make an ocean beach group sculpture.

Play with light, sound, color, movement.

Learn about and walk the labyrith.

Take a trip to the Nature Center and walk the trail to the beach.

Enjoy free time to play at the beach or journal or just be quiet.

Sit in sacred circle to share discoveries with others.

Share breakfast and lunch with the group.



Using the Body as a Vehicle to Connect with the Infinite: September 20-24

Set an intention for your retreat.

Build an awareness of your body with guided meditations.

Learn to love and appreciate your body from your Heart.

Play with movement meditations.

Learn to connect body/mind/spirit/heart to Nature.  (Forest Bathing)

Explore the use of sound, vibration and movement to augment your awareness.

Learn to expand your awareness beyond your body boundary and connect with the Infinite.

Learn positive self-care through gentle yoga, plant-based eating and a positive inner dialogue.

Enjoy free time to play at the beach, journal or just be quiet.

Sit in sacred circle to share discoveries with others.
