Enhancing Creativity Inspired by the Heart: June 17-22

Set your intention for the week.

Use guided meditations to build an internal awareness centered from the Heart.

Learn Zentangle skills for artful meditation.*

Translate your inner vision into art: drawing, painting, dancing, making music, writing, etc.

Create from Nature: beach, woods, ocean something of beauty.  Make an ocean beach group sculpture.

Play with light, sound, color, movement.

Learn about and walk the labyrith.

Take a trip to the Nature Center and walk the trail to the beach.

Enjoy free time to play at the beach or journal or just be quiet.

Sit in sacred circle to share discoveries with others.

Share breakfast and lunch with the group.

Celebrate with a lobster feast on Friday evening.
